Welcome: An iLEAD introduction.

This is the post excerpt.

The University of Cincinnati College of Nursing introduces iLEAD, a peer mentoring program built to promote inspiration, leadership, engagement, achievement, and discovery. To implement these attributes and achieve our goals, CoN has developed a framework of over 140 families comprised of a sophomore, junior, senior and alumni nursing student for freshmen to join. With support from families and community engagement we’ll prepare our students to be successful in their career as a nurse leader.
